Read it through twice. Then choose at least 4 facts or statistics
which you could use in essays.
More if you wish. However, don't worry if what you read does not
fit precisely with your other notes. This is a big and fluid topic
and Modern Studies is not Maths where answers are right or wrong.
There are various ways of looking at the same issue. The key thing
is to be able to discuss topics knowledgeably and provide evidence for
arguments either way. Finally, best not take notes on the
whole article unless you are prepared to end up with a lot of
information. Remember, there is only so much you can fit in a 22.5
minute essay.
