the fans of a number of top clubs thanks to his

|

Carrie
Eardley
Star Pupil |
|
St
Stephen's made the news when national television and
radio came to Inverclyde to film senior pupil Carrie

Initiative. This scheme was set up with
youngsters in local schools as a way of reducing
conflict and violence involving school pupils. |
|

Bernard
McLeary
Education |
|
Bernard was the first Director of Education when the
new local authority area of Inverclyde was set up.
He is now Chief Executive of Learning and
Teaching Scotland - one of the top posts in
education. However many former pupils will remember
him best as Mr McLeary, Assistant Head Teacher at St
Stephen's! |
|

University, and formerly worked with the Royal
National Institute of the Blind. |
