Case Studies
Our case studies offer pupils an insight into the
real world. They introduce a range of jobs but
also illustrate the impact - mainly positive but
sometimes negative - the modern hospitality sector has
on the UK economy and local communities.
All case studies are written with busy teachers and
careers staff in mind. They are ready-to-go and
require no preparation before use. Students can simply work through them at their own pace without the need for teacher
input. The case studies are therefore ideal for
homework, absence cover or as part of a Hospitality or
PSE course.
