Materials
The
project
consists of the teacher-friendly elements
shown below. All are free-standing but
can easily be combined to produce a short unit for a
Hospitality or PSE course.
The classroom materials cater primarily
for a range of ages
and abilities at Key Stages 3 & 4
(i.e. 11-16 year-olds.) Materials for primary
school pupils will be added in due
course.

the BIIAB Level 1 Certificate in Alcohol Awareness which is a
national
qualification open to all ages.
