Hospitality Matters is a ready-to-go, flexible classroom resource.  The quiz-sheets introduce young people to the important hospitality and tourism sectors in modern Britain.

The quiz sheets are preparation-free with answers provided.  Moreover, as all the exercises are quiz-based, youngsters enjoy working on the material either in the class or for homework.
