The Project

The Schools Hospitality Project introduces 11-18 year-olds to the UK's hospitality sector and helps them learn about career paths within the industry.

The project also introduces young people to the skills and attitudes employers look for.

In the process, we also encourage young people to develop responsible attitudes towards alcohol.

The scheme is delivered in partnership with teachers but is not a government initiative.

Its success is due entirely to the support of businesses within the hospitality sector and BII members across the UK.
